PickupDetails is not a marketplace, auction service, broker, dealer, escrow provider, shipping provider, payment processor, or marketplace facilitator.
PickupDetails does not process payments, handle funds, verify users, guarantee listings, or participate in transactions between users.
Any transaction that may occur between users is solely between those users.
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise capable of entering a legally binding agreement under applicable law to use PickupDetails.

All content submitted through PickupDetails is considered "User Content."
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Desert Brick Software a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, transmit, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
PickupDetails primarily hosts and transmits content created by users. Desert Brick Software does not create, endorse, verify, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, ownership, or authenticity of User Content.

Users should not submit sensitive personal information through PickupDetails, including Social Security numbers, financial account information, government identification numbers, passwords, medical information, or other confidential information.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove content or restrict access at our sole discretion.
PickupDetails has no obligation to monitor, review, screen, verify, investigate, or evaluate User Content submitted by users.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove content, restrict access, suspend listings, or take other actions at our sole discretion.
PickupDetails does not verify:
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and reliability of information provided by others.
Certain listing-management functions are controlled through unique edit links or edit tokens.
Possession of a valid edit token may allow modification of the associated listing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of edit links and edit tokens.
Desert Brick Software is not responsible for actions taken by any person who obtains access to a valid edit token.
PickupDetails provides communication and organizational tools only.
Desert Brick Software is not a party to any transaction, negotiation, agreement, payment arrangement, pickup arrangement, or dispute between users.
Users assume all risks associated with buying, selling, trading, or communicating with other users.
You acknowledge that interactions with other users may involve risks including:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DESERT BRICK SOFTWARE LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
DESERT BRICK SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM:
YOUR USE OF PICKUPDETAILS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DESERT BRICK SOFTWARE LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PICKUPDETAILS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Desert Brick Software LLC and its owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising from:
PickupDetails relies on third-party service providers, including hosting, database, storage, and email delivery providers.
Desert Brick Software is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or security practices of third-party providers.
We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to PickupDetails at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
Desert Brick Software shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, infrastructure failures, denial-of-service attacks, cyberattacks, power failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, or third-party service disruptions.
PICKUPDETAILS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
DESERT BRICK SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of PickupDetails shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of PickupDetails following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
